The mission of Happy Smiles is to offer a fun and successful self-esteem program to as many children as possible. The Happy Smiles curriculum of activities, created by Brian Bryanson (aka Happy), is designed to encourage the child to function as a member of a team as well as to succeed individually. Guidance is also given to the child in management of frustration and anger.

Happy offers insightful, to-the-point, success-oriented advice to parents and teachers and encourages contact by e-mail, phone, or on-site conference.

Through participation in Happy Smiles’ interactive group games, the child will become better equipped to work within a group, achieve individually, and will gain a sense of pride in striving for a goal.

Each activity follows the Positive Reinforcement Self-Esteem System model (PRSSM) and emphasizes the four cornerstones of self-esteem: Self, Empathy, Love, and Family.

Happy’s creative games are a very effective and fun way to increase your child’s self-esteem, cooperation, and self-control. Happy is highly accessible and his conferences are of great benefit to parents.

Children with high self-esteem achieve more in life. They achieve higher grades and are less likely to have academic problems. They are more empathetic, sociable, and self-confident. They possess a stronger sense of self, making them less likely to give in to peer pressure.  They develop stronger family relations, making them more likely to listen to their parents, talk to their parents, and value parents’ opinion.
